How does the Lifetime license work?
A Lifetime license is a one-time payment of $99. It grants you permanent access to all current Premium features, as well as any future updates, modules, or features added to AckerTech Optimizer forever. No recurring charges.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Absolutely. If you choose the monthly or annual Premium plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain Premium access until the end of your billing cycle. To cancel, visit the Lemon Squeezy customer portal and manage your subscription from there.
How many devices can I use my Premium account on?
A single Premium or Lifetime license allows you to sign in and activate AckerTech on up to 3 personal machines simultaneously. Your optimization profiles and XP will sync securely across all of them.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Lemon Squeezy as our secure payment processor. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not store any credit card details in our database. We only store your plan type, license key, charge ID, email for license key recovery, and purchase time.
